Contributors to GeoExt must sign a Contributor Agreement.

SVN
GeoExt SVN repository is world-readable, write access is limited.
To checkout the latest GeoExt code base:
svn checkout http://svn.geoext.org/core/trunk geoext
This will automatically checkout OpenLayers and Ext as well. Read the notice about ExtJS in http://svn.geoext.org/core/trunk/geoext/license.txt to make sure that you are entitled to do this kind of checkout.
To checkout GeoExt only:
svn checkout http://svn.geoext.org/core/trunk/geoext geoext
